This was practicing oil pastels for me. I'm not that great at it but hope with some more practice that I'll be great at it.

I wanted to try these in different medians.

It was there on the desk so I thought it'd be cool to draw.

I adore captain America and my brother got me key chain of his shield and so I thought I'd draw it.

This showed a lot of shading so I thought why not .

Realism is my favorite thing to draw so I thought I needed to practice my hands better

I love photography and this just seemed like an interesting thing to draw.

I loved coloring the shirt with colored pencil but doing the face in oil pastel was a huge challenge for me. It was a great learning experience.

I took some pictures of this street and I thought it would be perfect due to it's leading lines. The decks in front of the stores where my biggest challenge but it was still fun.

Elie

I love elephants so I thought this would be a fun thing to do.

 I love putting things together and creating things which is what this project 

was about so I had a blast! 

Empowering

I chose the lion because it feels empowering to me. The hair on it was a nice challenge on texture for me so I enjoyed doing it.
